Refund Policy

Most products purchased from an Upclick e-tailer can be returned for refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Since some of the products we offer are non-tangible irrevocable goods such as software downloaded directly to your computer, they may not be eligible for a full refund once the product is delivered and/or installed on your computer.

As we understand exceptional circumstances can take place, a credit note can also be offered in some cases.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by post (to the address below) or using our support site by means of a clear declaration. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
